Shipping: all packages have tracking. Tracking that is in progress is proof of delivery. shipping is a paid service and no longer in critterosity's control. please select priority shipping at checkout for any possibility of receiving insurance coverage. otherwise, items shipped first class with tracking is only that and may not cover possible damage due to shipping.
